Provide us with a customer success story and win a £250 Amazon Voucher when the case study is published.
We want everyone to benefit. As well as the £250 voucher, we’ll provide you and your organisation with a co-branded case study that you and your colleagues can use to attract and acquire new customers.
So if you have a suitable customer that’s excited to share the success they’re having with the Dubber Unified Conversational Recording and Voice Intelligence platform, then don’t hesitate to get in touch via the form above.
Having trouble picking a success story to share with us, here’s some tips to help you decide:
Are there measurable benefits that can be shared? (i.e. speed of deployment, employee’s time saved, capEx avoided, voice data quality improvement etc)
Does the customer have someone that is willing to be a great advocate for the Dubber platform?
Is the Dubber platform recording calls from across multiple networks/platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco and Zoom?
Is the customer utilising voice artificial intelligence to transcribe calls, send alert notifications or analyse the sentiment of calls?
If you answered yes to any of these then we’re keen to hear from you.
Register the case study opportunity via the form. Make sure you have the permission of your customer first.
We’ll set up a call with you and the customer to get all the points we’ll need to write a fantastic case study.
Once complete and approved by all parties, the case study will be published and your reward will paid out.
The promotion is only open to Dubber partners. Partners will need to have a signed Dubber partnership agreement to be eligible.
The case study must be signed off by the partner, customer and Dubber before the incentive is paid out.
The incentive must be paid out in the form of an Amazon voucher to the amount of £250.00. In the situation that a partner employee cannot accept a voucher due to company policy then the amount will be put toward an ‘entertainment fund’ provided by Dubber toward the partner organisation.
The customer must make a ‘meaningful’ contribution toward the creation of the case study in order for the incentive to be paid out. Dubber has full rights to withold some or all of the incentive total if it deems those conditions haven’t been met.
