Exclusive 3-Month Free Trial Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Sign up for a Dubber Premier subscription (normally $49.95 per user per month) at Telstra Vantage 2022 and receive the first three months free as a trial. If you registered for the 3-month trial offer, you will have access to the Dubber Premier service for the 3-month trial period.

2. This offer is only vaild for Telstra Vantage attendees.

3. To claim the 3-month free trial offer, a minimum 12-month contract will apply from the start of the free trial date.

4. At the end of the trial period, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription in accordance with the terms of Your Order. If You wish not to proceed beyond the Trial Period, You must notify Dubber in writing no later than 24 hours before the end of the Trial Period that You do not wish to purchase a paid subscription for the Service, in which case Your Data will no longer be available to you from the end of the Trial Period, and You will be solely responsible for all Your compliance or regulatory obligations in connection with Your Data as applicable to You.

5. Once the service is activated, no additional licences can be added to the free trial. Licences may be transferred to a new user on the same account provided this does not increase the total licence count.

6. At the conclusion of the free trial, you may elect to downgrade to a lower cost plan. If this is done you will no longer have access to Dubber Premier features such as transcriptions and sentiment.

7. If you wish to cancel the subscription at the end of the 12-month contract, you must provide at least 30 days of written notice prior to the end of the term. Otherwise, this Order will auto-renew every 12 months.

Dubber Vantage Competition Terms & Conditions

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. By entering this competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. To enter, entrants must be employed by a registered business and use a business email address.

3. Entrants must be a registered attendee of Telstra Vantage 2022.

4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. To make a valid entry, entrants are required to be scanned by Dubber staff at Telstra Vantage 2022 or request a call back via the Dubber virtual booth.

6. The validity of the entry will be secured once entrant engages in a pre-scheduled Dubber demo at the event.

7. Illegible, incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.

JUDGING AND PRIZE REDEMPTION

1. On 1 September 2022 after 5:30 pm AEST, the competition will close. Dubber will then randomly select the three (3) winning entries over the following few days.

2. By 13 September 2022 the winners will be notified by email. The winners will be asked to provide a mailing address for their prize to be sent to.

3. Dubber will post the prize to the nominated address of the winner. If the winner fails to provide a valid postal address by 5pm AEST 23 September, Dubber reserves the right to select a new winner.

PRIZES

1. A winner will be randomly selected to get a DJI Mini 3 Pro Drone with DJI RC Controller, valued at AUD$1,299.00

2. A winner will be randomly selected to get a Bang & Olufsen Beosound A1 (2nd Generation) Portable Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker, valued at AUD$550.00

3. A winner will be randomly selected to get a Hibiki Harmony Whisky 700mL, valued at AUD$245.00

4. Upon entry, each entrant releases Dubber from all liability arising from his/her entry in the competition and use of the prize. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

5. The Promoter will not be responsible if the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control of if a prize becomes damaged during delivery.

6. The decision of Dubber is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.
