Mobile voice recording is a call recording solution that has been adapted to facilitate mobility, in response to an increased need for user access to recording on all devices, including non-fixed lines. This solution was developed as an answer to the increasing mobility of workforces and everyday users. It is not exactly a new concept: various services have been available for several years.
Traditionally, mobile voice recording has been available through smartphone apps, third party network based companies and OTT softphones. However, over time the flaws of all of these solutions became apparent.
